36-year-old David Lettieri from Harpursville, NY, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for attempting to have sex with a 13-year-old girl in Wyoming County. Though no sexual contact occurred, evidence found on Lettieri's phone and social media showed his intention and communication with the victim and her sister. The investigation was conducted by the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office and the FBI.
