6-year-old Chihuahua named Cleo is recovering after being found abandoned in a holding tank at Guelph Lake Conservation Area, covered in human urine and feces. The Guelph Humane Society rescued the dog and transferred her to a veterinary clinic. The society's executive director, Lisa Veit, expressed concern over the distressing abandonment and urged pet owners to reach out for help if needed.
