16-year-old awaiting trial for causing life-threatening injuries to US tourist Stephen Termini breached bail conditions 14 times. Three boys, aged 15, 16, and 17, are accused of violent disorder and causing serious harm to Termini in Dublin. The 16-year-old violated his terms, including six curfew breaches and being spotted on eight occasions in restricted areas, despite warnings from the court.
