TransDigm Group to acquire Raptor Scientific for $655M in cash, pending regulatory approvals.

TransDigm Group, an NYSE-listed aerospace company, has agreed to acquire Raptor Labs Holdco, LLC for $655M in cash, including certain tax benefits. Raptor Scientific, the acquired company, is a global test and measurement solutions manufacturer serving the aerospace and defense sectors. The deal, pending US regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, is expected to be financed through existing cash reserves.
