South Korea's population mobility increased 17.1% in April, with 533,000 people changing residences, the highest April figure in three years. The population mobility rate rose to 12.7%, due to increased movement into new apartments during spring. This comes amid signs of recovery in the local property market, with house transactions in March increasing 0.9% on-year to 52,816 units.
