Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Peter Frampton, will receive the annual Spirit Award from the Les Paul Foundation on June 9th, coinciding with what would have been Les Paul's 109th birthday. The award is given to those who exemplify the spirit of the late guitar pioneer through innovation, engineering, technology, and music. As part of the honor, a grant will be made to a charity of Frampton's choice.
