Sellers Asia Opportunities V Ltd. and General Atlantic Singapore Fund FII Pte Ltd. plan to sell 6.96 million shares. Despite the potential stake sale, PNB Housing Finance reports a 57.3% YoY increase in consolidated net profit for Q4.
