Paytm operator One997 Communications Ltd. and Adani Group denied a media report claiming that Adani Group is considering acquiring a stake in the fintech firm. The report was based on a meeting between Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani, but both parties have since clarified that there are no discussions or negotiations taking place.
