Massachusetts fugitive Tuen Kit Lee, known as the "Bad Breath Rapist," has been captured in California nearly 17 years after fleeing the state during his trial for kidnapping and raping a woman in 2005. Lee was found guilty in September 2007, but escaped before being sentenced. Massachusetts State Police offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
