Fuller's, a London-based pub operator and brewer, sells 37 pubs to Admiral Taverns for £18.3M, a £1.6M premium over gross asset value. This expands Admiral's South-East portfolio to 300 pubs. Fuller's will use proceeds for balance sheet strengthening and future acquisitions, retaining 154 pubs in its Tenanted Division and 179 in Managed Pubs and Hotels.
