1959 Les Paul guitar used for "American Woman" among 200 guitars in Randy Bachman's auction.
Guitarist Randy Bachman, known for hits such as "American Woman", "No Sugar Tonight", and "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet", is auctioning 200 guitars from his collection through Julien's Auctions. The 1959 Les Paul guitar used for "American Woman" is included, as are instruments played during other performances. Bachman confirmed that "American Woman" originated as a spontaneous on-stage jam.
