Indian Central Government exempts Meghalaya, Nagaland undergraduate students from CUET for central university admissions in 2024-25.
The Indian Central Government has exempted undergraduate students of Meghalaya and Nagaland from the Central University Entrance Test (CUET) for admissions to colleges affiliated with central universities in the two states. This decision was made after a petition from the state government to the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exemption will apply for the academic year 2024-25 and admissions will be based on the prevailing practice.
