High Court judge bars accused sex in Belfast church, Sean Paul Russell, from Chapel Lane area.
High Court judge orders man accused of having sex in a Belfast church to be barred from the area. Sean Paul Russell (36) was prohibited from entering Chapel Lane as part of the terms under which he was granted bail. Russell and co-accused Kirsty McMaster (31) were arrested at St Mary's Church on May 18th and jointly charged with committing an act outraging public decency and disorderly behaviour.
