Former Circuit Court judge Gerard O'Brien, convicted of sexually assaulting six young men in the 1990s, had his sentencing rescheduled from Wednesday to Friday. Convicted last December at the Central Criminal Court, O'Brien was a teacher at CBC Monkstown in Dublin where the offenses occurred between 1991 and 1997. Sentencing is expected to involve a custodial element and not be "wholly suspended."
