The Chicago White Sox have placed right-hander Mike Clevinger on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow inflammation, and brought up right-hander Jake Woodford from Triple-A Charlotte. Clevinger, who signed a $3 million, one-year contract on April 4, has struggled this season with a 0-3 record and a 6.75 ERA in four starts. Woodford will take Clevinger's spot in the rotation for the upcoming games.
