24-year-old ANAMA employee Hasil Yusubov injured by landmine blast in Aghdam district, losing his left leg ankle.

On 28 May, an employee of Azerbaijan's National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), Hasil Yusubov, was injured in a landmine blast in the village of Sirkhavand, Aghdam district. Yusubov, aged 24, was hit by an anti-personnel mine while on duty, resulting in the traumatic amputation of his left leg ankle. The General Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
