On 28 May, an employee of Azerbaijan's National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), Hasil Yusubov, was injured in a landmine blast in the village of Sirkhavand, Aghdam district. Yusubov, aged 24, was hit by an anti-personnel mine while on duty, resulting in the traumatic amputation of his left leg ankle. The General Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
