Apple's iPhone 17 Pro is expected to be the first to feature TSMC's 2nm chips, with mass production set for 2025. TSMC's Vice President of Process Development, Zhang Xiaogang, confirmed that the 2nm process development is on track and is expected to offer significant performance and efficiency improvements. The chips will be produced using Gate-All-Around (GAA) technology and are expected to debut in future iPhone and MacBook Pro models.
