39-yr-old Eugene man, Immanuel Menelik Williams, was arrested for allegedly menacing a couple with a realistic-looking BB gun after a racial remark. On May 22, Williams made a comment to the couple in W. 10th Alley, then pointed the BB gun at them after learning the male victim was of Mexican descent. Police found Williams, took him into custody, and charged him with Bias Crime in the First Degree and Menacing.
