Police in Lancaster County seek a trio accused of an international theft ring that charged over $20k on stolen credit cards from grocery shoppers. Cesar Augusto Limas-Urbisagastegui, 67, Lisbeth Maryorie Romero-Berrospi, 32, and Jeferson Nue-Rosales, 41, are linked to the thefts at Walgreens, Whole Foods, and Wegman's. The suspects face charges of access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.
