17-year-old boy arrested for allegedly stabbing to death a 33-year-old teacher, Shadreck Banda, and injuring another man, Wilfred Manyamba, in Chiradzulu district. The incident took place on May 27, 2024, at Walala village, after the two victims confronted the teenager carrying a bag, claiming it contained a pig. Banda, a teacher at Goleka Primary School, and Manyamba had attended a funeral vigil in the village and were looking for beer.
