Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob visited Algeria on 27 May, signing agreements to enhance cooperation between the two countries. Algeria agreed to increase its gas supply to Slovenia by an additional 200 million cubic meters per year, starting in 2026. The two nations also signed a cooperation agreement to grant short-term visa exemption to their diplomatic passport holders and a memorandum of understanding on artificial intelligence.
