Samsung and Lennox have agreed to establish a joint venture called Samsung Lennox HVAC North America for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the US and Canada. The JV will sell ductless AC and heat pump products, with Samsung owning 50.1% and Lennox holding the remaining 49.9%. The venture aims to bring new solutions to the market and promote innovative technologies in the future.
