Queensland and NSW lead carbon farming initiatives in Australia, according to a third consecutive annual scorecard by the Carbon Market Institute and KPMG. Queensland scored 83% and NSW 79%, with the report monitoring support for carbon farming and its benefits for regional communities. WA made the most progress since last year's scorecard, thanks to its Carbon and Land Restoration Funding Program.
