President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan laid the foundation stone for the village of Taghibayli in Aghdam district. The village project covers 255.31 hectares, with plans to resettle 3,840 individuals by constructing 885 individual houses. The initial phase covers 78.05 hectares and aims to resettle 108 families, with the construction of 108 houses and a local school building for 264 students.
