Lagos police arrested online blogger Stanley Okoruwa for allegedly defaming businessman Emeka "E Money" Okonkwo, accusing him of illicit affairs and causing Junior Pope's death.
Lagos State Police Command has arrested online blogger Stanley Okoruwa for allegedly defaming international businessman Emeka Okonkwo, known as "E Money." Okoruwa confessed to the crime, stating that he used an offensive video to boost his online followers. He accused the businessman of having illicit affairs with the wife of late Nollywood star John Odonwodo, aka Junior Pope, and of being responsible for the actor's death in a boat accident. The suspect will be prosecuted for cyberbullying and defamation of character.
