Greece's OTE Telecom is in talks to sell its Romanian mobile business, Telekom Romania Mobile, to West Network Invest, majority owned by Digi Romania. The deal, subject to approval by Romanian authorities, would boost Digi Communications' presence in Romania's mobile market where it already has 6M connections. Telekom Romania Mobile, the smallest of Romania's four mobile providers, has 3.8M connections.
