CBI arrested a revenue official, Mohd Ishaq Bhat, in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district for accepting a bribe of Rs 18,000 to process a land settlement application. The official was caught red-handed during a trap set by the CBI. A case was registered against Bhat, who was found demanding Rs 20,000 for the same application. During the investigation, Rs 3.71 lakh and other documents were recovered.
