Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev, expressed solidarity with Small Island Developing States (SIDS) at the 4th International Conference on Small Island Developing States. During his country's four-year chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), Azerbaijan worked to strengthen unity, increase visibility, and advance the movement's agenda, better understanding the needs and concerns of all its member states, including SIDS.
