Astronics Corporation's EmPower® UltraLite G2 USB Power System, offering personal power outlets & USB ports for improved in-flight experience, will be installed on 650 aircraft by year-end. Since its 2022 launch, 350 shipments have been delivered globally, with a backlog of 300 systems by 2024. The 30-40% lighter weight system supports airlines' carbon neutrality efforts and reduces environmental impact.
