Abu Dhabi's Ta'ziz awards contract to Tecnimont for 1 million tons per annum low-carbon ammonia plant. Construction begins Q3 2024, operations from 2027. Facility aims to reduce carbon intensity by 50% in Phase 1. Ta'ziz, part of Al Ruwais Industrial City, supports Abu Dhabi's low-carbon fuel leadership and caters to rising demand for low-carbon ammonia as a clean hydrogen carrier fuel.
