53-year-old Janesville man arrested for OWI twice within 6 hours on May 24. First, at 5:15 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle swerving on Milton Avenue and Blackbridge Road. The driver failed field sobriety tests and was charged with a first offense OWI. Released to a sober party, he was later seen driving erratically at 10:30 p.m., leading to a second arrest.
