Two teenagers were killed in a crash near Wolverhampton, and two others, both 17-year-old females, were hospitalized with serious injuries. The collision occurred on Cannock Road, near Penkridge, involving a Ford Ka. The victims, an 18-year-old male driver and a 17-year-old male passenger, died at the scene. Staffordshire Police are investigating the incident and appealing for witnesses.
