In Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir, police arrested two suspected drug peddlers and seized 320 kg of poppy straw during surprise checks at Jakhani Check Naka on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway. The suspects, found with a truck loaded with empty drums of Tar Coal, were arrested after the narcotic substance was discovered. The case is ongoing, with further investigation underway.
