71% of New Zealanders feel local brands are not fulfilling their promises, according to a new study by Accenture Song. The Brand Experience Gap Study involved 80 major brands across eight sectors, and travel & tourism fared worst, with 78% of respondents saying airlines, airports, and booking agents aren't fully delivering on their promises. Lower prices emerged as the top area for improvement.
