Newly appointed Sabah PKR chairman Datuk Mustapha Sakmud calls for party unity and a focus on the rights of Sabahans. Replacing Datuk Dr Sangkar Rasam, who faced a rebellion from 15 of 26 divisions over his inability to strengthen the party, Mustapha views his role as a responsibility rather than a privilege. Sabah PKR aims to maintain political stability until the State Legislative Assembly is dissolved.
