NBI CEO says by 2024, the company will pass 300,000 premises in Ireland for the National Broadband Plan, with over 243,000 premises ready to connect.

National Broadband Ireland (NBI) is on track to pass 300,000 premises by the end of 2024, according to its CEO Peter Hendrick. Over 243,000 premises are now ready to connect to its national network, with 76% of the project (430,413) moving to or through construction. The National Broadband Plan aims to connect over 1.1 million people across 564,000 homes, businesses, farms, and schools in Ireland.
