M62 to close for Castleton Bridge replacement work: Castleton Bridge will be replaced as part of a £20m infrastructure investment by Network Rail. The M62 will experience multiple closures, including two full weekend closures in September, in the area of Junction 20, Thornham Interchange, serving Oldham and Rochdale. Work on the 2,000-tonne bridge requires these road closures.
