A study by King's College London revealed that introducing peanuts to infants' diets from infancy to age five reduces peanut allergy rates in adolescence by 71%. The LEAP-Trio study, published in NEJM Evidence, found that early peanut consumption led to long-term prevention of peanut allergies. The research team estimates that this intervention could prevent over 100k new cases of peanut allergy annually.
