Development Capital, an Irish fund manager, invests €10m in Cork-based tech firm Zartis, focusing on international growth opportunities. Zartis, which provides software development and advisory services, plans to double in size over the next three years, reaching €50m in annual revenues and 500 employees by 2028. The investment will also expand Zartis' AI practice through senior hires to meet demand.
