Ireland plans to have high-powered electric vehicle (EV) chargers every 60 km along its motorway network, according to Transport Minister Eamon Ryan. The National Road EV Charging Network Plan aims to improve charging infrastructure on the national road network, alongside new mobility hubs. The "Universal Design Guidelines" have been developed to ensure well-designed, accessible charging infrastructure across the country.
