3 people were injured in a plane crash on Sunday morning in Cumberland County, North Carolina. The single-engine Piper Warrior plane took off from Gray's Creek Airport and crashed near 7154 Butler Nursery Road into a heavily wooded area. One person was flown to a trauma center with serious injuries, while the other two were taken to a hospital. The N.C. State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
