Indian government enacts secretary-level reshuffle, appointing Pradip Kumar Tripathi (1987-batch IAS officer) as Lokpal Secretary till June 30, then serving on contract for 2 years. Raj Kumar Goyal, Border Management Secretary, becomes Secretary of the Department of Justice, and Rajendra Kumar replaces him as Border Management Secretary. Amit Yadav, NDMC chairperson, is named Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment.
