Hyderabad-based real estate firm Aparna Constructions and Estates has entered the retail-commercial and entertainment sectors with a Rs 284 crore investment, launching the 3.5 lakh sq ft Aparna Neo Mall and Aparna Cinemas in Hyderabad. The company plans to expand its presence in the south Indian markets, starting with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and aims to have 50 screens across three malls under construction and two in the planning stage by 2027.
