Hugh Farrell appointed new general secretary of Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers' Association (ICSA).

Hugh Farrell, a senior official and former Animal Health and Welfare Committee chair, has been appointed as the new general secretary of the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers' Association (ICSA). Replacing Eddie Punch, Farrell aims to strengthen the voice of drystock farmers and grow the association's membership to support all Irish cattle and sheep farmers. ICSA President Seán McNamara praises Farrell's commitment to advocating for farmers and rural communities.
