Former U.S. Marine pilot Daniel Duggan, Australian citizen, ordered extradited to U.S. over 2010-2012 allegations of unlicensed Chinese military pilot training.

Former U.S. Marine Corps pilot Daniel Duggan, who now has Australian citizenship, has been ordered by a Sydney court to be extradited to the U.S. on allegations of illegally training Chinese military pilots in 2010 and 2012 without the required license. Duggan, who has been in maximum-security prison since 2022, denies the allegations and claims they are politically motivated. His lawyers will make submissions to Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus to argue against his extradition.
