The Coastal Headlands Walking Trail, connecting Batehaven to McKenzies Beach via natural bush tracks, is set to be completed by year's end. It will have raised walkways, viewing platforms, and information signs to showcase Eurobodalla's coast, nature, and Aboriginal heritage. A metal footbridge installed last month sparked concerns among Surf Beach residents, but Eurobodalla Shire Council confirmed it's part of the trail project.
