BCCI Secretary Jay Shah announced that groundsmen and curators at the 10 regular IPL venues will receive Rs 25 lakh each as a token of appreciation for providing excellent pitches during the league. The ground staff of the three additional venues will get Rs 10 lakh each. The announcement follows the conclusion of the 17th edition of the IPL, where Kolkata Knight Riders won their third title.
