Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, a leader of Tavush for the Motherland movement opposing Armenian govt's concessions to Azerbaijan, retains religious title despite suspension. He asked Catholicos Karekin II to halt his spiritual service to be a PM candidate in opposition's impeachment bid against PM Nikol Pashinyan. Galstanyan condemned police brutality and accused Pashinyan of fearing protest movement.
