Angola's natural gas industry is experiencing a surge, with international oil companies and the government partnering on billion-dollar service contracts. Notably, Italian firm Saipem was granted $900m for three contracts in the Lower Congo Basin, where Quiluma and Maboqueiro gas fields are being developed.
