A chicken barn in Rapho Township, Lancaster County was destroyed by a two-alarm fire at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday. The fire was located on the 2700 block of Shumaker Road. Fire departments from Lancaster and Lebanon Counties assisted in extinguishing the fire, which was under control by 3:30 a.m. No injuries were reported, and the state fire marshal is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
